Move it or Lose it

Your health, that is. One thing you can do while stuck at home is move around. I walk around the outside of my house three times every morning, as fast as I can. I also have a fifteen minute exercise regimen I do three times a week. I also bake pies, cinnamon rolls, and cookies, so this helps keep the pounds from piling up. At least, get up every hour and walk around the living room a few times.

Walking is one of the best exercises, even just walking in place while watching tv. Walking as fast as you can really gets the blood flowing and energizes you. Our bodies were not meant to sit around all day, but to be continually active and moving,

Enough of that. I finished the latest revision of my book. Still have a few places and things to work on, and the final one to focus on grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Playing with a new story. Need to pull out some old stories and see what I can do with them. And keep an eye out for hurricanes. It’s that time of year.
